yeah Im a fan of the Dragonball series. (except from SSJ3 up)
I have also seen Goku do one finger handstand pushups x1000; the running with buckets of water and construction is just another way of doing cardio and lifting weights...they also train in increased gravity x1000, zro gravity, weighted vests like Picollo, fight dinosaurs but they are xtinct nowdays, I think your best bet is to fight wild animals like elephants, sharks and rhinos, gorillas etch...giant boa and phytons, and mature salt water crocodiles...these are all good exercises.

also, if you think happy taughts you can control your energy so you can gain the ability to fly.

=)

either than that, all sorts of body weight exercises are good. I recomend pushups, situps, handstand pushups or just doing handstands, cartwheels, walking on the floor with the backwards bridge pose, and plyometric training.

ps. remember to eat sinsu beans after hardcore training so you can train again.

it was hgard to understand what you said, but there are exercises that function in a similar way. One way I developed speed and strength, and quickly, was by taking a capoeira class.

In capoeira, you can burn at least 1000 calories per class, if you train right. I lost 20 lbs in a month just going to 2 of these classes a week. I can jump higher, klick faster, and my fighting skills have definitely improved.

Other good exercises can be found in shaolin. There are a series of exercises called the I ching Chings that will really develop the muscle strength. You could learn these and other good exercises at a successful school called shaolin-do. They are owned by grandmaster Sin KWang The, and they have a website with a list of locations (www.shaolin-do.com)

Other than that you could also take yoga. good luck

if you have the time and the opportunity to train in nature i envy you man! There are lots of things you can do from running, i know Oyama Sosai, founder of kyokushin used to train under a waterfall, he would do all the basics with cold water pouring down on him, also he would kick at trees and have a makewary board made out of one, and break stones with his hands

The great gamma, a famous wrestler would wrestle trees to build up his strength, by pushing them and pulling them, also there is a book called the 72 training methods of shaolin monks which is choka block full of exercises which are meant for outside, iv out a link to amazon on the bottom
