Instilling discipline from martial arts, and giving kids avenue to transfer aggression in a conducive way instead of doing it outside, the skills for them to defend themselves…been around martial arts community since young and no one I know from there so far have ever been dumb or aggressive. And most of us started as early as 5 years old.
